By GlobalDataMEJ and TMSC proceeded with the establishment and implementation of the new training centre project, based on a basic agreement signed in October 2014 and a contract signed with Russia in January this year.
The project is one of the programmes conducted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in 2013 to promote and accelerate the medical globalisation.
An imaging training programme using Japanese diagnostic imaging systems will be provided at the training centre, which will be used to improve cardiac diagnostic imaging and treatment in Russia.
The programme will also provide continuous medical education (CME) for Russian physicians to improve cardiovascular diagnosis and treatment techniques.
For the new centre, MEJ will send a Japanese physician as a trainer and TMSC will provide medical diagnostic imaging systems that are required for early diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases to local medical institutions.
IM Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University and AL Myasnikov Institute of Clinical Cardiology will provide sites, staff and education at the new centre.
Through this medical diagnostic imaging training programme, both firms are jointly working to improve the quality of medical care.
