Olympus has introduced a new procedure room visualisation and integration solution, the EASYSUITE ES-IP system, in the US.
This next-generation, scalable, modular and workflow-based solution features a new Olympus digital hub that facilitates running current software and potential Olympus multi-speciality apps.
Designed to enable hardware expansion, the platform will support the addition of software modules over time, providing an AVoIP solution for digital OR and catheterisation labs.
The vendor-neutral system allows the integration of past, present and future devices. It will also seamlessly integrate images and videos with the VaultStream server to several EHR vendors, MIMPS/PACS and VNAs.
It is flexible for multiple specialities and several kinds of medical procedures to boost operational efficiencies.
Among the other benefits include 4K video routing with IP-based fibre optic video switching and interoperability between medical devices, thereby helping clinicians to show and capture several visual sources, such as live endoscopes and vitals.
