Singapore-based Aspect Imaging will showcase its wrist MRI system, WristView at Radiological Society of North America 2016 (RSNA).
The device has been designed to produce high-quality MR images hand and wrist to facilitate a timely diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, scaphoid fractures and other hand and wrist injuries.
Compact and simple to operate, WristView can be placed at any part without requiring special facilities or cooling systems.
The device does not need an RF-shielded facility eliminating claustrophobic feelings associated with conventional full-body MRI systems.
It enables fast and effortless scanning from doctors’ clinics, which was previously only available through a full-body system.
Its procedure involves quick preliminary screening provides high-quality results which are easily accessed by doctors and in medical facilities.
