Out of the total IT job titles posted by Abbott Laboratories, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 43.13% in February 2022, and a 42.98% drop over January 2022, while Computer and Information Analysts claimed a share of 15.63% in February 2022, and registered growth of 13.64%. Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 14.38% in February 2022, a 4.55% rise from January 2022.

Asia-Pacific stood next with 13.13%, registering a 32.26% month-on-month decline. Europe was the third leading region with a 10.63% share and a 37.04% drop over January 2022.
In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 2.5% and a month-on-month increase of 33.33%.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s medical industry IT hiring activity with a 71.88% share in February 2022, a 28.13% decline over January 2022. India featured next with a 5% share, down 11.11% over the previous month. Ireland recorded a 3.75% share, a decline of 53.85% compared with January 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead Abbott Laboratories IT hiring activity in February 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 78.13%, down by 16.11% from January 2022. Mid Level positions with a 15% share, a decline of 54.72% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 6.88% share, down 38.89% over January 2022.
