The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 11.78% in January 2022 when compared with December 2022.

Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Baxter International IT hiring in January 2022
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Baxter International, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 59.81% in January 2022, and an 18.52% rise over December 2022, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 11.21% in January 2022, and registered growth of 71.43%. Computer and Information Analysts held a share of 10.28% in January 2022, an 8.33% drop from December 2022.

Junior Level jobs lead Baxter International IT hiring activity in January 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 59.81%, up by 6.67% from December 2022. Mid Level positions with a 31.78% share, a decline of 2.86% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with an 8.41% share, down 10% over December 2022.
