Aiforia has received a patent from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for its high-speed artificial intelligence (AI) training tool Annotation Assistant in medical image analysis.
The tool is developed for the accelerated development of AI models for image analysis in pathology.
It works by scanning images of areas that would offer the vital training data during AI model development.
Furthermore, it improves the quality of the AI model and is useful in analysing rare cases and large data sets with heavy variation.
Aiforia specialises in developing deep learning AI solutions for image analysis across a variety of medical domains.
The company’s cloud-based software, Aiforia Create, is designed to help medical professionals to create AI models for any image analysis application without the need to code or use dedicated hardware.
