CleanNA has entered the molecular diagnostics market with the launch of its first CE-IVD-marked product, the Clean Cell Free DNA Kit.
Featuring magnetic bead technology, the new kit is suitable for automation and application in diagnostic procedures.
The kit is intended for isolating cell-free DNA from human plasma in a bind, wash and elute three-step concept.
It is said to be minimally invasive for the patient, as it requires only a blood sample rather than a surgical biopsy.
The new kit is applicable in oncology, transplant medicine, prenatal screening and cardiovascular disease fields.
The Clean Cell Free DNA Kit is the first product in a line of CE-IVD-marked offerings that the company aims to release in the coming years.
