Medical technology company Masimo has launched Stork – a new state-of-the-art home baby-monitoring system.
The new system provides parents insights into the health data of the baby.

The Masimo Stork monitoring ecosystem consists of several components and will be available in multiple configurations,
Masimo Stork Vitals+ features a boot with a sensor, a video camera and a mobile app.

The Masimo Stork comes with a high-resolution camera with 2K QHD capability, complemented by a mobile app.
The camera offers improved night-time vision and enhanced two-way audio through the camera.
In addition, the camera is incorporated with room-condition monitoring to enable parents to check room temperature, humidity and noise levels.
Using the Masimo Stork app, parents can view the monitoring data and milestones of the baby.
They are provided with summaries of averages and trends. The company plans to soon add a new feature that will enable the seamless sharing of images with others.
Last month, Masimo received 510(k) clearance from the US Food and Drug Administration for its Rad-G with Temperature device for pulse oximetry and temperature measurement.
