Medical technology company Hill-Rom has debuted a new mobile surgical table, the TruSystem 3000 Mobile Operating Table, expanding its current portfolio of surgical solutions.
Able to bear weight up to 270kg, the new surgical table features ergonomic handling, long-term reliability and patient safety.
The table allows easy fixation and dismantle of components such as head sections, leg sections, arm supports and anesthesia frames via an easy-to-use coupling system.
Hill-Rom Surgical Solutions president Dirk Ehlers said: “The TruSystem 3000 Mobile Operating Table is a universal table that is suitable for various surgical disciplines.
“It can be customised for different surgical procedures due to Hill-Rom’s broad range of available patient positioning components and accessories, addressing hospitals’ needs for higher patient acquisition and case numbers, while maintaining safety and efficiency.”
The table’s user interfaces are claimed to be consistent in design with easily recognisable icons, colours and symbols to enable simplicity, efficiency and safety.
