Hybrid care platform Reset Kidney Health has joined forces with Healthy.io to provide at-home, smartphone-based kidney testing for patients.
The partnership will allow Reset to offer Healthy.io’s Minuteful Kidney test to eligible patients for at-home use.
Patients can also use the Reset Kidney Health platform to request a test kit and re-engage with their kidney care.
Reset will use the Minuteful Kidney test to identify patients with evidence of disease and allow them to be actively involved in their kidney care.
Together with the Minuteful Kidney health insights, Reset’s team of nephrologists, nurses, dietitians and therapists will provide eligible patients in the US states of Ohio, Alabama, Wisconsin, Florida and Montana with convenient and personalised care.
Reset Kidney Health co-founder Arun Sharma said: “We are excited to partner with Healthy.io to provide our patients with an at-home testing option that matches our mission to provide excellent quality care that is also convenient and accessible.”
