Digital health device brand Beurer has announced that four of its blood pressure devices have completed a rigorous application process and are officially validated and listed as US Blood Pressure Devices.
The devices now meet the Validated Device Listing (VDL) criteria for clinical accuracy.
This listing confirms that Beurer's products adhere to stringent clinical accuracy standards and establish reliability, along with trustworthiness for both healthcare professionals and users alike.

“Earning a place on the VDL further secures our position as an innovator in digital blood pressure devices with products that people can rely on.”
The VDL criteria are established by the Independent Review Committee.
Based on the independent review and acceptance of documentation which is submitted by the manufacturer, the committee analyses devices for clinical accuracy.
The Beurer monitors include the BM72, BM82, BM69, and BC54W.
The Beurer Auto 400 Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor, BM72, features a cuff position indicator, irregular heartbeat detection capabilities, and can store up to 60 readings for a single user.
Known as the Deluxe 600 Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor with Bluetooth, BM82 has an illuminated display and a World Health Organization (WHO) risk indicator scale. with a capacity to store 180 readings for two users, it ensures accuracy with cuff positioning and a patented resting indicator.
The BM69, another Bluetooth Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor, offers a universal cuff and colour-coded risk indicator. It syncs with the free Beurer HealthManager Pro app and stores readings of up to 200 for two users, featuring an LCD for easy reading.
Lastly, the BC54W, the Beurer Premium 800W Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor is a fully wireless device. It syncs results through Bluetooth with the free Beurer HealthManager Pro app. It features irregular heartbeat detection, an illuminated display and a colourful risk indicator scale, offering 120 memory spaces for up to two users.
