Sherlock Biosciences has entered into a collaboration with Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) for the large-scale manufacture of the Sherlock CRISPR SARS-CoV-2 kit, which has received the US Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) Emergency Use Authorisation (EUA). The kit offers ‘specific and sensitive detection’ of the Covid-19 virus in patient samples and does not need any specialised instruments for testing.

The Remote Monitoring Station monitors the vital signs of a patient in a hospital, nursing home or the patient’s home, reducing the risk of Covid-19 exposure and frees up essential resources.
Phosphorus has received EUA from the FDA for its Covid-19 saliva test, which includes an at-home sample collection. The test can be ordered online and from partnerships between employers and health care providers. This is the second test which has unsupervised saliva test which received FDA’s approval.
