hVIVO has announced the UK launch of the COVID Clear Test, which it claims to be the most accurate antibody test available to UK employers.
The test uses a blood sample drawn by a medical professional, which is then tested using the MosaiQ COVID-19 Antibody Microarray in a laboratory, rather than a finger prick favoured by many antibody test developers. The UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has advised against the use of these tests due to their questionable efficacy, while hVIVO’s test has a 100% sensitivity.
