Jacques Allemann has built up a reputation as a company specialising in the ultra-precise drawing, profiling, manufacture and polishing of fine wire in a wide range of material qualities.
At the Brügg production location Jacques Allemann benefits from synergies within the NOTZ group. During the material selection process it can offer customers even more technical support using the facilities of the company’s own laboratory.
Fine wires, precision wires, close tolerance profiles, and precision axles and wires
Jacques Allemann manufactures fine wires, precision wires, and precision axles and wires. The company also manufactures profiles with extremely close tolerances. Jacques Allemann can cater for a wide range of production volumes starting from less than 1kg, and can offer very short delivery times, maximum precision and quality, support from the materials laboratory, and competent support and technical advice.
Fine wire manufacture using alloys
Jacques Allemann manufactures fine wires, precision wires, and precision axles and wires in a range of high-quality alloys, including rust-resistant alloys, acid-resistant alloys, heat-resistant alloys, non-ferrous alloys, special alloys and super alloys.
Fine wires for medical device applications
Jacques Allemann fine wires are used in a variety of medical device applications, including dental drills, bone screws, eye-pressure measurements, watch hands, dial labelling, casing components and mechanics, electronic conductors (e.g. light-bulb filaments and quartzes), condensers, micromotor spindles and grinding / polishing wires.
Fine wires in other applications
Jacques Allemann fine wires, precision wires, and precision axles and wires can be used in many other industry applications, including precision-turned parts, spring manufacture, measuring equipment, dental technology, medical engineering, and the watch-making, automotive, electronics, telecommunications, aerospace, aeronautics and textile industries.
