Milling Services Using Rotary Transfer Machine

The rotary transfer machine is particularly well-suited for milling components with complex geometries and dimensions of approximately 8-42mm, which have a processing time of up to 12 minutes.

There are eight stations on one platform for a maximum of precision and six machining stations have eight tools for drilling and milling operations each. Two of these are also equipped with three tools for turning operations.

The machine facilitates 4-axis simultaneous milling, with an upgrade planned to increase this to 5-axis.
