Suitable for sensitive materials
The coating can be manufactured at low temperatures (down to 170 °C), which provide an optimal solution for temperature-sensitive tool materials.
Replacing hard chrome
CC PureCr is a safe and environmentally friendly coating that can directly replace the use of galvanic hard chrome, which produces chromium(VI) – a carcinogen and an environmental hazard.
Are the dimensions out of the tolerance range?
Our CC PureCr coating can be applied in very accurate thicknesses from 1 μm to 40 μm on selected surfaces. This makes it possible to adjust or correct the dimensions of selected tool areas on new or worn parts
