In cooperation with other production sites within the Medi-Globe group we offer a wide range of services in the area of tube extrusion, catheter manufacturing, and the assembling, packaging and sterilisation of medical devices. All manufacturing is performed under clean room conditions class ISO 7 and 8.

Plastic compounds and injection moulds for medical technology
Today we are an important partner in medical technology specialising in the areas of cardiology, gastroenterology, urology and wound dressings. Under the Medi-Globe CardioPlast umbrella we proudly offer our comprehensive product development and design services, as well as complete turnkey manufacturing of your device. We are also able to accommodate large or small batch production runs to suit our customers’ needs.

Construction of injection moulds
We can construct injection moulds using the following techniques:

Class-10,000 clean room injection moulding
Using a wide range of medical-grade raw materials we carry out our injection moulding in a class ISO 7 (10,000) clean room. Thermoplastics and elastomers, high-performance plastics and liquid silicone rubber (LSR) are our particular specialities.
Assembly and manufacturing:
- Production and quality management / assurance according to EN ISO 13485:2003 and GMP
- Clean room class ISO 7 and 8 (10,000 and 100,000)
Sterilisation:
- Etyleneoxide sterilisation according to EN ISO 11135
