Precision, accuracy and consistency are found in every stage and process of the extrusion line. After completion, your extrusion line is installed and tested at the RDN laboratory. The complete system is wet tested at RDN Mfg. to simulate normal operational conditions. Extruder dies and tooling sets are tuned based upon lab trials. Sample runs are completed until the tubing, profiles or pipe specifications are repetitively achieved.
Intensive training for your staff at RDN Mfg is available in the following areas:
- Process training including starting-up and shutting down the production line
- Operational and functional capability of each component of the extrusion line
- Cleaning and maintenance of the tooling
- Preventative maintenance to minimise downtime
We will work with you all the way through the order process from line layouts to production facility planning. On-site training is an option as well.
