Resilient urethane acrylates for medical device development

RAHN’s GENOMER 4267 urethane acrylate offers outstanding impact resistance and adhesion to carbon steel, aluminium and stainless steel. The product guarantees outstanding weathering performance due to its resistance to yellowing, cracking and gloss loss.

GENOMER 4267 is a reliable and long-lasting solution suitable for a range of medical device applications, delivering exceptional bonding and resistance characteristics. It can be used in combination with urethane acrylates, polyester or epoxy acrylates, and acrylate monomers.

Reactive diluents and bio-based oligomer materials

RAHN’s GENOMER 1117LR CTFA is a TMPTA-free reactive diluent for radically curable inks, coatings, varnishes, and 3D printing applications. The product is toluene-free and has high reactivity and low oxygen inhibition, as well as good abrasion, solvent resistance and flexibility.

The GENOMER 3135 is a unique bio-based oligomer that offers exceptional flexibility and elongation, as well as low viscosity and exceptional properties. The product is ideal for applications such as 3D printing, inks and coatings, adhesives, and composites.
